The staff, especially Kirsty, were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, even leaving a birthday card and chocolates for me. The location was perfect, just a short walk to everything, and I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast downstairs. Lastly, the spacious apartment had all the conveniences I needed, including a fully functional kitchen and comfortable beds, which made relaxation easy.
