The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel facilities, including the inviting swimming pool and a great on-site restaurant with an international menu, contributed to a very comfortable experience.

It was conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable with a spacious balcony, and we enjoyed live music and fresh Bintang beer at the bar. the hot water pressure was excellent, and the towels were changed daily.
