I had an incredible stay at the hotel, as the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The facilities were top-notch, especially the spa area which included a sauna, jacuzzi, and pool that were always immaculate. Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of tasty options, and the location was perfect, right next to the main gondola.
