The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; they even let me store my suitcase while I explored the Great Barrier Reef. The location was perfect, set in a charming old Queenslander building right in the heart of the city, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax.

I loved the spacious double room and the comfy bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool. The hotel has two clean kitchens, and plenty of outdoor areas to relax. The location is great; it's close to the central area, and I could leave my bags after check-out, which was super convenient. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming.
