We loved the location of the hotel. It was in the heart of the action but still quiet enough to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and the beds were the best we've experienced in a hostel. The communal area was great for meeting fellow travelers and for chilling out.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, situated in a charming and quiet area, yet close to vibrant cafes and attractions. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, complete with a lovely pillow and blanket. The dorm offered nice privacy with curtains, and I appreciated the reading lamp and charging plug at my bunk.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location near the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries. Our private room was clean, comfortable, and came with a lovely balcony view, adding to our overall experience. We also appreciated the excellent tours they arranged for us, particularly the Ha Giang Loop, which was truly memorable.

The staff was friendly and super helpful. The location was perfect for exploring and everything was within walking distance. The dorms were clean and comfortable, with great AC. I felt safe with lockable storage for my belongings.
