We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as it was exceptionally clean and featured comfortable beds that ensured a good night's rest. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We loved the fantastic indoor and outdoor onsen facilities, which were a perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. Plus, the hotel provided a convenient shuttle bus to the ski slopes, and we found plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away.
