I had a great experience at the hotel, as it was conveniently located right next to several subway lines and just a short walk to the vibrant shopping and dining areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and proficient in English, making my stay seamless. I loved the delicious breakfast options, which included a wonderful variety of local dishes, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel truly stood out.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my experience even better. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, plus the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The public bath was a wonderful bonus, providing a relaxing onsen-like experience after a long day.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, as my room was impeccably clean and had a nice spacious bathroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting with dinner reservations, and the public bath offered a fantastic, relaxing experience. The location was perfect, just steps away from metro lines, making it easy to explore the nearby shopping areas, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori. Plus, I appreciated the cozy seating by the window and the complimentary coffee in the lobby.

We loved the modern design of the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was huge and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with requests. The breakfast offered a delicious variety, especially with some nice Japanese options. Plus, it’s right next to several subway lines, making transportation a breeze.
