The hotel has an exceptional location. It's a short walk to the station and Ueno Park. The cleanliness impressed me, and the bathrooms were always tidy. I loved that there were board games in the lobby. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was a nice option to have.

The location was perfect, being close to the main railway station, Ueno Park, and the zoo; it made our visits super convenient.
