We were thoroughly impressed with the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail at the hotel. The warm welcome from the staff made us feel right at home, and we appreciated the convenient parking space right outside our door, making loading and unloading a breeze. The location was ideal, just a short walk from downtown, and we enjoyed the thoughtful amenities like tea, coffee, and even wine glasses in the fridge.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where everything was pristine and well-kept. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with modern bathroom facilities that were spotless. The location was perfect, as it was just a short drive to both Jenolan Caves and Mayfield Gardens, making it easy to explore the area's beautiful sights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for dinner nearby, just a block away from the main street and three blocks from an excellent RSL Club where I enjoyed a memorable meal.
