The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English well, which added to the positive experience. The cleanliness was outstanding, especially in the spacious washroom that felt like a mini spa after a long day of exploring. Plus, amenities were accessible, making everything convenient.

We loved the convenience of this hotel, as it’s located just a short walk from Nankai-Namba station, making transportation a breeze. The cleanliness was exceptional, and our room was impressively spacious with separate shower and toilet facilities, which added to our comfort. Plus, the breakfast offered a delightful Japanese style that we thoroughly enjoyed, and the kitchenette in our Hollywood Room made it easy for us to prepare light snacks.
