We loved the fantastic location, as the hotel is just steps away from the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their effort to communicate in English. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast offered a nice mix of Japanese and Western options, and the apple juice was a particular highlight!
