The hotel had a great location on the doorstep of Hardware Lane, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. It was easy to walk or take a tram to all of the city's sites. The room was clean and tidy, with new furnishings. The staff were friendly and professional, making my stay comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to all the places I needed to get to in this city. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and provided excellent service. The room layout was great and I appreciated the fact that it was ready upon check-in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I would love to know the brand of the mattress so I can buy one for myself. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a safe in the room that I made use of.

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptional and made us feel welcome. The location was extremely convenient, with close access to trams and within walking distance to most places in the city. The room was compact but efficiently laid out, and very clean. The basic facilities provided were perfect for our needs.
