The staff were incredibly friendly, providing outstanding service at check-in and offering helpful local tips. Our room, while cozy, had excellent airflow and light, and we appreciated the ice-cold water station for refills before heading out to explore.

I also appreciated how close the place was to the Metro Baixa-Chiado station, which made navigating around the area incredibly easy. the staff were exceptionally friendly and even surprised me with a thoughtful note and snacks in my room, which added a personal touch to my experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome, with a thoughtful gift waiting in my room upon arrival. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated the comfortable bed which made for restful nights despite being in a bustling area.
