The facilities were top-notch, especially the inviting hot spring, which was a highlight of our visit. the staff provided impeccable service, always attentive and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful, ensuring our every need was met. We absolutely loved the breakfast—delicious regional dishes paired with European and Chinese flavors—and the onsen provided a serene escape. its proximity to Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle made touring effortless, and the shuttle service to the train station was a fantastic convenience.
