We absolutely loved the hotel's fantastic location, which was just a stone's throw from the Hirafu intersection, making it super convenient to catch buses and shuttles. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. the cozy rooms were clean and offered ample space to dry our ski gear, and nearby dining options made meals a breeze.

We loved the fantastic location. It was walkable to the Hirafu gondola station and close to a bus stop and a convenience store. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, with comfortable beds and convenient gear storage.

The location couldn't be better, right by the Hirafu intersection, making it easy to access all the local shuttle buses and the gondola. They also provided convenient storage lockers for my ski gear, which I found super helpful after a long day on the slopes.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the location was excellent and super convenient. It's just a short walk to the mountain lifts, and with the Hirafu intersection nearby, all the buses and shuttles made transportation a breeze. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, picking me up from the Welcome Centre and providing assistance throughout my stay. I appreciated the warm shower and comfortable bed, which made returning after a long day on the slopes feel great.
