I loved the hotel's location, as it was conveniently situated near Okaido shopping mall and the tram station was right outside the door. I could enjoy a pleasant stroll to Matsuyama Castle in just five minutes, and I appreciated the helpful staff who were always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, which made for a comfortable stay after exploring all the nearby eateries.
