The staff were incredibly welcoming, treating us like family and even guiding us to our room upon our late arrival. the hotel’s location was convenient, being within walking distance of local attractions, making our sightseeing easy and enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. I appreciated the full-size refrigerator and the variety of cooking utensils provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Artesian Spa and supermarkets, which made walking around really enjoyable.

The room was exceptionally clean and had great facilities, including a nice kitchenette and a full-size fridge. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the Artesian spa pool and close to McDonald's and stores. Parking was convenient and secure too.

We had a great experience at the hotel, enjoying its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The spacious room featured a fantastic kitchenette, which we found very convenient for self-catering. the location was ideal, being close to the public hot springs pool and various dining options, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff were incredibly helpful too, as they promptly arranged our airport transfer.
