I had a great experience at this hotel, as the location couldn't be beat, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Eliot, who handled everything with ease. The cleanliness was impressive, and I appreciated the well-maintained kitchen and laundry facilities.
