The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, particularly Fernando at reception, provided exceptional service, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool area was lovely, offering beautiful views and a convenient snack bar for refreshments.
