We loved the cleanliness and expansive hotel facilities, which included beautiful swimming pools that the kids enjoyed. The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to everything you’d need, with beautiful sculptures and fountains that entertained the little ones.

The facilities were amazing, especially the café and licensed area that offered great views by the river. With plenty of entertainment options and activities for young kids, I felt there was something for everyone to enjoy.

The location is perfect, right on the river. The two heated pools were ideal for family fun this season. The facilities for kids kept them entertained and safe, allowing me to relax.

We also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen and bathroom built into our room, making it perfect for family stays. Plus, the complementary mini-golf and cocktail vouchers when our room wasn't ready were a thoughtful touch!
