the cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were modern and convenient, with a washing machine and dryer right in my room. The location is fantastic, as everything I needed was within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Joy at reception, who ensured a smooth check-in and even called to let me know my room was ready.
