The staff were incredibly welcoming and really made us feel like family; Aya stood out with her exceptional service. the location was perfect, as it offered good access to plenty of food and shops while being away from the busier parts of the area. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop restaurant, added to our overall positive experience.
