I loved the hotel's location near downtown. It's just a 10-minute walk to both Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor, making it perfect for exploring the nightlife. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the spacious and clean room, complete with a balcony for fresh air. The pool area was a great facility, and I enjoyed using the laundry while my kids swam.

the location is fantastic, being close to many eateries and transportation options like the monorail. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Parking was a breeze and free , which was a great perk.

We enjoyed the stunning pool with a view and the delightful breakfast spread on the 9th floor, where the cheerful staff made us feel genuinely welcome.
