The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to tourist sites and the town center. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the late check-out option. The pool was refreshing and inviting.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location, as it was just a short 300m walk to the stunning hot springs and closely situated to both the town center and beautiful natural reserves.

I had a great experience at this hotel, as the location is fantastic, being close to the hot springs and surrounded by well-maintained gardens with palms. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and I appreciated their flexibility with check-in accommodations. The hotel facilities, like the pool, were in excellent condition, and the availability of BBQs was a nice touch for some outdoor cooking.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, as the room was spotless and comfortable, providing great value for the price. The location was fantastic, being conveniently situated near the hot springs and within easy access to all the tourist attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly, offering helpful information and allowing a late check-out, which I greatly appreciated. The pool was well-maintained, and I found the Wi-Fi service to be reliable despite the daily data cap.

The location was perfect, just a short walk down the trail to the hot springs, which we absolutely loved. The staff made us feel welcome and even allowed a late checkout, accommodating our late arrival. The pool was also in great condition, providing a refreshing escape.
