I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s cleanliness, as my room was fresh and tidy upon arrival. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when I requested a ground floor room due to an injury. the location was perfect, conveniently nestled near Chinatown, making it easy to explore. I also enjoyed the relaxing pool area, which offered a great way to unwind after a day out.

I loved the location in the heart of the city. It was close to shops and cafes. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the onsite parking and the convenience of the courtesy shuttle to the airport. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious and served quickly.
