The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, especially Wayan and Willy, who made dining a delightful experience. The cleanliness of my spacious room was impressive, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including a kettle and a lovely fruit basket. The breakfast was delicious, and the cocktails at the restaurant were top-notch!
