The hotel had stunning views from the pool and spa, and the masseuses had an incredible technique. I loved the thoughtful touch of providing fresh aloe vera and cucumber for guests with sunburns. The staff were warm and earnest, and the food and beverage prices were reasonable. The cliff bar had unbelievable views of the horizon and sunset.

The view from the cliff pool villa was breathtaking, especially from the deck and private infinity pool. The staff, particularly Sugi our Butler, went above and beyond to assist us and make recommendations. The Rocka restaurant staff, including Chandra, Sri, and Wira, were friendly and provided great traditional Indonesian recommendations. The restaurant also accommodated for vegan and vegetarian diets. The Peruvian Japanese grill served delicious sushi and even made us the best vegetarian tacos. The Cliff Bar provided a stunning sunset show and Bagus took great care of us. The wellness assessment with Ivan was worth it, as he made recommendations for spa treatments and activities. The spa was luxurious, the gym well-equipped, and the main pool provided an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Deeka was always there to attend to our needs. The private car organized by Sugi allowed us to visit nearby attractions at a reasonable cost.

I had an incredible time during my stay here. The breathtaking views from the clifftop location were simply amazing. The room was much more spacious than expected, and I loved being able to see the ocean from my room. The hotel facilities, including the main pool and spa, were top-notch and luxurious. The staff were all very nice and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide selection, including healthy juices, and the homemade ice cream in the afternoon was a delightful treat.
