We loved the fantastic location, which placed us just a short walk from the ski lifts and numerous dining options. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, even arranging an early breakfast for us. We also appreciated the authentic onsen experience and the cleanliness of our traditional room, complete with a cozy kotatsu for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
