The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us with self-check-in and navigating transit options. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the tube and trendy areas like Shoreditch and Brick Lane. Plus, the eco-friendly initiatives, like getting a voucher for conscious usage, were a great touch!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the added touch of free coffee machines on every floor. the location is excellent, just a short walk from major transport links, allowing easy access to nearby attractions like the Sky Garden.

We loved the cleanliness of our room. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The location was fantastic, just across the park and close to Aldgate East tube. Staff were friendly and always ready to help.
