The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, right next to a big mall. This made it easy for me to shop or grab a bite to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The cleanliness was top-notch, and my room was spacious with a nice view.

The staff, particularly Dayang and Johari, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting me during check-in and with any queries that arose. The room was spotless and modern, offering a fantastic ocean view, and the breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options and great service from the kitchen.
