I had a fantastic experience at the hotel; the location is perfect, with Ginza station just outside the entrance, making transportation a breeze. The cleanliness was exceptional, and I found my room spacious and comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep after long days exploring. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Choto, who made our early check-in a delight and recommended an outstanding omakase sushi dinner.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even helping us book a restaurant nearby. We appreciated the cleanliness and the luxurious bathroom features, which definitely enhanced our stay.
