the location is fantastic, with easy access to the river and a lovely ferry ride to Southbank. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the super comfy bed made for restful nights. Cleanliness was top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the products in the bathroom—they smelled amazing!
