I had a great experience at the hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from Ben Thanh Market and various restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were spotless. I appreciated the complimentary water refills daily. The bed was super comfortable, making for a lovely night's sleep.
