the location was fantastic, with an easy walk to the main gondola and nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always available to assist us, plus the breakfast was delicious, featuring warm pastries that we couldn't get enough of. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was remarkably comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the private onsen added a luxurious touch. Breakfast offered a nice mix of Western and Japanese items, and the location made it easy to walk to the slopes and nearby restaurants.
