The staff were kind and always eager to help, making me feel safe and well taken care of. The outdoor beds and lounging areas on the beach were fantastic, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The entertainment by the pool was fun and kept me entertained. The concierge service provided great recommendations and assistance for transportation. The colorful theme of the lobby and rooms added a vibrant touch to the overall experience. The fast internet connection was a pleasant surprise, and the music outside created a lively atmosphere. Despite not being located on the main street of the hotel zone, the hotel still offered a lovely view of the water at a great rate.

Fantastic oceanfront rooms with great amenities like a bathtub, coffee maker, refrigerator, and comfortable beds. Fast and efficient check-in process with friendly and helpful staff. Amazing activities team led by Pepe, offering creative and enjoyable morning activities at the pool and entertaining nighttime shows. Day beds by the marina for an upgraded experience, providing delicious food and beverages. Authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine, including tamales and other traditional dishes. Excellent spa with reasonable prices for a relaxing retreat. Good Wi-Fi connection and TV with English channels in the rooms. Great waterpark for little ones and a fantastic a la carte restaurant. Comfy beds and effective air conditioning.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The beach was stunning, with crystal-clear waters and a pristine shoreline. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The water park was a blast, even for us adults, and there were plenty of free water sports to enjoy, like kayaking. The staff was friendly and attentive, with special shoutouts to Michel at check-in, Leo for helping with luggage, Luis at the lobby bar, and Alejandro Mendiola at the water park. The resort was perfect for families, especially with the fantastic kids club. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and friendly staff made my stay unforgettable.

The hotel is situated right on the beach, providing a beautiful view of the ocean. The marina view room was worth the extra charge, with a perfect distance from the room to the sand. The buffet food was good and the entertainment staff worked hard to keep guests entertained.
