The staff members, particularly Bob at the front desk and Liza by the pool, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. I loved the stylish décor with gorgeous bedding, chandeliers, and a cozy sitting area in front of a fireplace. The outdoor facilities were fantastic, especially the peaceful pool, whirling whirlpool, and the delightful hot chocolate and coffee bar.

The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our spacious room featured a wonderful jacuzzi tub, and we loved the 24-hour pool and bar, all while soaking up the vibrant atmosphere created by the chill music and festive decorations.

The staff, especially the friendly Crystal, were incredibly efficient and helpful, making our experience even better. We appreciated the great location, which allowed us to easily explore local shops and restaurants. the pool facilities and the calming sounds in our room truly contributed to a spa-like retreat.

the cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were exceptional. I spent delightful mornings enjoying coffee by the cozy fireplace in the lounge area, and the staff, especially Bob, were incredibly friendly, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. The therapeutic massages at the spa left me feeling renewed, and I couldn't resist scheduling another session for even more relaxation.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. the location is ideal, as it’s just a block away from wonderful restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area. The outdoor fire pit area added a cozy touch to my evenings.
