We loved the hotel's fantastic location, as it was conveniently situated near the iconic tram route and allowed us to explore the charming old town easily. The cleanliness was impressive, with stylish and modern rooms that made our stay comfortable. The communication from the staff was excellent, providing clear directions and support, especially when we arrived late at night.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief. The shared kitchen had everything I needed, but I also enjoyed dining at nearby restaurants.
