the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me, which made me feel very welcome. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the subway and a vibrant food scene filled with great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The views of the skyline were breathtaking, especially from the lounge area, where I could relax comfortably.
