The staff were incredibly attentive to our needs, especially during our poolside experience where towels were readily available for the kids. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally sincere, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. A special shoutout to Marcus for arranging an unforgettable cabana experience for my son’s first birthday, and Micko for his fantastic room decorations.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful rooms and the stunning pool. The staff were incredibly sincere and attentive, particularly Marcus Alves and Micko, who ensured our needs were met during a birthday celebration. The breakfast at the Saffron restaurant was delightful, and the atmosphere throughout was simply perfect.
