I had a great experience at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Youssef, who always wore a smile. My room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the view of the pyramids, even if the window was a bit small. The location was convenient; it only took about 20 minutes to get to the pyramids, and the pool area was inviting and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing.
