I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff, especially Cristina, really stood out for being exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from the train station, which made it super convenient for taking the scenic Bernina Express. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which was both warm and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
