I loved the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location was fantastic, with easy access to two metro stations and plenty of trendy bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, and I appreciated the free coffee and tea available in the lobby.
