I had a great experience at this hotel, as the location is perfect, being close to all that Lancaster has to offer, including two cozy spots called Java Junction and the Creamery. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. I found the hotel facilities to be impressive, with a lovely pool and a nice lobby vibe that really helped me unwind.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, and Eileen at reception was especially helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby.
