We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where cleanliness and staff kindness truly stood out. The location was fantastic, being very close to bus stations and the sea, which made exploring easy. Emad, the owner, made us feel at home and allowed for an early check-in, while Mai's positive attitude brightened our mornings. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the cheerful service from Mohamed, who was incredibly helpful despite feeling a bit unwell.
