I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the clean and spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for dining out. The location was amazing, with everything downtown just a short walk away, including the Eaton Center. The restaurant served fabulous food, especially for supper.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cookies they gave me upon check-in were a nice touch. My room was ready early, which was great since I arrived early for a conference. The room was comfy, clean, and had a nice view. The location was perfect, close to major downtown attractions like Eaton Centre, Ed Mirvish Theatre, and Dundas Square. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch, with a warm and friendly check-in process. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The water pressure in the shower was great, making for a refreshing experience. The location of the hotel was perfect as it allowed us to easily walk to Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre within just a few minutes.
