I had a fantastic experience at the hotel; the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff, especially Theresa and Nadia, went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, situated in a vibrant square and within walking distance to various attractions, including fantastic restaurants by the riverside and Portologia for an amazing port wine tasting. Plus, the breakfast was a delightful spread of local products—definitely a highlight!

The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the city. The staff, especially Tressa and her team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which included traditional treats like pastel de nata and brownies. The cleanliness of the rooms made our experience even better.

The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and port wine tasting spots. The breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of fresh pastries and eggs made to order. The staff members were friendly and went out of their way to help us with reservations and suggestions. The rooms were spotless and had a lovely modern decor.
