The staff, especially manager Omar, were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the city. I loved the hotel facilities, including the peaceful pool and hot tub, which were great for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.
