We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's impeccable cleanliness and outstanding facilities. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to nearby shops and cafes, ideal for leisurely strolls. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out a breeze, and the dining experience at both Il Lago and Izumi was on par with the finest we’ve encountered in Asia.
