We loved the hotel's fantastic location. It was conveniently situated between the Opera and Sol metro stations, making it easy to reach Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. The staff was always friendly and had a great smile. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was delicious, especially the freshly cooked eggs and bacon.
