The staff were incredibly friendly and provided us with valuable tips on local attractions, plus discount tickets for the hot springs. The location was great, just a short walk from the town center and several dining options, and we loved the mountain view right from our room. The convenience of having parking right outside our door was a definite plus.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and genuinely cared about comfort. The room was impeccably clean, with amazing cotton bedding and fluffy pillows. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to nearby eateries and enjoy beautiful mountain views.
